QUALIFICATIONS OF THE PROCUREMENT ANALYST INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

· Bachelors in Business, Industrial Distribution, or similar degree or experience
· Experience in Industrial Distribution, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or related industry is a strong qualifier
· Experience with ERP systems, specifically SAP and Prophet 21 (P21) is a strong qualifier
· Strong analytical skills
· Detail oriented and strong documentation skills
· Excellent customer service skills
· Ability to multitask and meet deadlines with a sense of urgency and accuracy

Shift Time/Overtime: Typically Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm but could vary based on rotation schedule, minimal overtime

· Provide technical and functional support for systems including:
o SAP
o Epicor Prophet 21
o Coupa
o Other homegrown applications
· Be able to build a strong capacity for understanding, developing, documenting, and implementing business processes
· Support and train users on system and business processes
· Manage assigned small projects through the entirety of a project life cycle
· Remain engaged and flexible through a branch/department rotation program
· Quickly function as a valuable resource and maintain a critical eye for potential process improvements or automation opportunities
