We are currently looking for a procurement analyst to join our team in Maynooth.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Third Level qualification in Business / Supply Chain but with a keen interest in the Construction Industry
  • Proficient in MS Office with Advanced Excel
  • Knowledge of building materials is desirable but not essential as training will be given.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Knowledge of ERP Systems is desirable.
Responsibilities
  • Analyse procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve sourcing strategies
  • Develop and maintain procurement reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
  • Evaluate supplier bids, contracts, and proposals to ensure compliance with project requirements and budget constraints
  • Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and finance teams to align procurement plans with construction schedules
  • Assist in drafting and issuing purchase orders, and service agreements
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to assess supplier capabilities and pricing trends
  • Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to delivery, quality, or compliance
  • Support forecasting and budgeting efforts by providing data-driven insights on material and service costs
  • Maintain procurement documentation and ensure adherence to company policies, quality and regulatory standards
