Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Sustainability, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in procurement, sustainability, or data analysis preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
  • Familiarity with process improvements and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation and tracking of supplier-improvement processes across multiple categories.
  • Assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting for supplier partnerships and innovation metrics and initiatives.
  • Assist in managing supplier led innovation pipelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and document innovative procurement practices.
  • Maintain dashboards and tools to monitor progress against Supplier Performance Management and Innovation KPIs.
  • Conduct supplier research and benchmarking (industry, trends, etc.) to support strategic decision-making.
  • Support the team in preparing presentations and reports for internal stakeholders and leadership.
  • Support team with any event planning activities related to supplier partnerships and innovation.
