Description
We're growing our Global Procurement team and looking for a Purchasing Coordinator - Software who's ready to make an impact in a fast-paced, international environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing team that supports strategic business goals across multiple regions. In this role, you'll be a key player in ensuring that our global software purchasing operations run smoothly — partnering closely with Procurement Managers, internal stakeholders, and suppliers to deliver high-quality, compliant, and cost-effective solutions. You'll handle tactical software purchases across SaaS and on-premise solutions, helping teams around the world get the tools they need to succeed. We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Gurgaon for our hybrid working model.India Shift Timings: 6 PM to 2 AM (Cab will be provided) Key Responsibilities Oversee and execute all software purchases within your scope in full alignment with company purchasing policies. Lead negotiations with software suppliers to secure the best possible pricing, commercial terms, and service levels in line with procurement strategy. Partner with stakeholders globally to anticipate software needs, ensure seamless execution, and provide timely updates on deal progress. Manage and maintain software supplier contracts, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement in supplier relationships. Collaborate with Procurement and Accounts Payable to onboard and maintain software vendors, ensuring documentation and compliance requirements are met. Leverage internal and external data to enhance software benchmarking and negotiation efforts. Identify opportunities to improve software purchasing processes and drive operational efficiency. Support pre-renewal strategy, RFP distribution, and post-renewal analysis for software agreements. About You Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Experience: 4+ years in Indirect Procurement or as a Buyer, with a focus on software purchasing (SaaS and/or on-premise), ideally within a global or fast-growing tech organization. Software Knowledge: Strong understanding of software trends, commercial models, and industry-specific terminology. Skills: Strong organizational and project management skills — you can juggle multiple priorities and still deliver with precision. Proven expertise in contracting, supplier management, and process improvement. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Skilled negotiator with a solutions-oriented approach. Familiarity with business systems and procurement platforms (e.g., Coupa, SAP, Oracle, or similar). Communication: Fluent verbal and written communication in English, with confidence in presenting to senior leadership and the ability to influence and build trust across all levels of the business.
