Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Procurement Analyst at OX2 you can expect a steep learning curve and to add value early on. The Procurement Department is in charge of all procurement activities regarding Wind Turbine Generators (WTGs), Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), Photovoltaics (PV) Balance of Plant (BoP) for windfarm-, PV- and BESS projects.

The role of the Procurement Analyst is multifaceted and you will be involved in supporting a multinational team of procurement managers for all these technologies and across all countries in collecting and processing market and supplier data. Some of your responsibilities will be:

  • Collecting data on market price developments in the supply chain area from external resources
  • Run and develop and existing Should Cost model helping to get a better understanding of cost developments in the industry.
  • Be the interface to external data providers
  • Aggregate historical procurement information for management reports
  • Contribute to management of advisors, primarily M&A-teams and lawyers
  • Contribute to management of Due Diligence processes
  • Regular and adhoc analysis
  • The work will involve exposure to senior decision makers and interaction, mostly with the procurement team.
