Responsibilities

Reporting to the Procurement Manager, the Procurement Analyst will play a key role in delivering accurate, timely data and insights to support procurement decisions across the business. You will work closely with category managers and stakeholders to build dashboards, analyse spend, evaluate tenders, and improve procurement reporting and governance. With tools like Power BI, Excel, and Azure, you will turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive value, ensure compliance, and support smatter procurement activity.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Analyse procurement spend and deliver insights
  • Support tenders with financial modelling, supplier evaluation, and market analysis
  • Maintain procurement data systems and ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Develop and manage reporting on supplier performance, contracts, and compliance
  • Collaborate with procurement and business teams to drive data-led decisions
