* Position Summary The Procurement Analyst at Prime Communications is a detail-oriented team member who supports store operations, procurement, and other related business functions. This role focuses on field support, timely issue resolution, data analysis, and communication across departments to ensure smooth operations. The Analyst assists with order processing, invoice reconciliation, ticket management, and reporting, helping improve efficiency and reduce costs, while maintaining strong working relationships across teams. Key Responsibilities * Process procurement orders and assist with timely fulfillment of store service needs, including claw and demo device requests. * Process and track store-submitted tickets, ensuring accuracy, timely resolution, and clear communication with stores and internal teams. * Assist with invoice reconciliation, order tracking, and maintaining accurate procurement records. * Monitor and reconcile ticket activity to ensure accuracy and proper resolution. * Prepare reports and summaries to highlight ticket trends, volumes, and resolution times. * Collaborate with Store Services and Procurement teams to improve workflows and support field operations *   * Must be based in or willing to work onsite in Sugar Land, TX Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field preferred (or equivalent work experience). * 1--3 years of experience in business operations, procurement, analysis, finance, or related role. * Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams. * Solid critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. * Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; reporting experience a plus. * Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Responsibilities
