What you’ll be doing: Manage the Purchase Order (PO) lifecycle and ensure end-to-end execution — from it's opening, in collaboration with the business owner, facilitating cross-functional communication related to invoice processing and payment Analyze purchasing data to support strategic sourcing decisions and optimize procurement processes. Assist in the development and management of supplier contracts and agreements. Support supplier onboarding, risk assessment, and continuous performance evaluation. Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and external regulations. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or related field. Proven experience in procurement, supply chain, or financial analysis. Proficiency in computer skills in MS Office applications. Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. Dynamics) is a plus. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English (written and spoken).
