The Procurement team is looking for someone who aims to bring in the right item, with the right quantity at the right time!  We offer competitive compensation and benefits, a rewarding workplace and professional growth opportunities.     Role Summary: The Procurement Analyst is responsible for translating production plans, brewing schedules, and purchasing signals into accurate and timely Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs). This role actively manages material flow for raw materials and packaging, monitors open orders and delivery dates, and proactively identifies risks to supply continuity. The Procurement Analyst partners closely with Brewer Masters, Production Planners, and Procurement Management to ensure materials are available, delivered on time, and aligned with production and company needs.   Key Responsibilities: * Convert production orders, forecasts, and other purchasing signals into accurate PRs and POs for raw materials and packaging. * Create, maintain, and manage PRs and POs in the ERP system, ensuring pricing, quantities, and delivery dates are correct. * Support production planning by confirming material availability and expected delivery timing. * Monitor all open POs and proactively manage changes to quantities, delivery dates, or total order values. * Analyze and Communicate shortages, constraints, or delivery risks early to production and procurement leadership. * Proactively adjust orders, expedite shipments, or recommend alternatives to mitigate supply risks. * Ensure timely communication and reapproval when PO changes impact total cost or production timelines. * Build and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers to improve responsiveness and reliability. * Coordinate with suppliers on order changes, lead times, delivery schedules, and issue resolution. * Communicate clearly and professionally regarding order status, changes, risks, and resolutions. * Support audit readiness by ensuring accurate documentation and strong three‑way match integrity (PO, receipt, invoice). Required Qualifications: * 2+ years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, or materials planning * Strong understanding of production‑driven purchasing and inventory management. * Experience with creating/managing PRs/POs in an ERP system (OBeer, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite etc). * Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite.  * Ability to anticipate risks and take proactive action. * Strong communication and relationship‑building skills. * Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in a brewery or beverage manufacturing environment. * Familiarity with raw materials and packaging supply chains. * Experience working closely with production, planning, and brewing teams. Responsibilities
The Procurement Analyst manages material flow by converting production schedules into accurate purchase requisitions and orders. They also monitor open orders, identify supply risks, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure production continuity.
