The Procurement Analyst develops, tracks, and analyzes procurement metrics and is a key member of the Procurement staff. This individual helps improve procurement processes and systems—especially Oracle Procurement Cloud—and enhances the overall operation of the procurement function. The role requires deep subject matter expertise in Oracle Procurement, including system configuration, data analysis, and reporting to drive efficiency and process improvements. Additional responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, supplier management, and other procurement projects as assigned.

EDUCATION/LICENSING/CERTIFICATION:

• Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field) preferred
• Oracle Cloud Procurement certification is a plus
• APICS CPIM, ISM CPM, CPSM or equivalent is a plus
• Six Sigma Green Belt is a plus

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

• Expertise in Oracle Procurement modules (Purchasing, Sourcing, Supplier Management, etc.)
• Strong data analysis and reporting (Oracle OTBI/BIP a plus)
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
• Solid project and time management capabilities
• Proficient in business systems and ERP process flows
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Effective stakeholder and supplier management
• Self-motivated and proactive in learning and contributing

• Strong experience with Oracle Procurement Cloud required (configuration, usage, reporting, and troubleshooting)
• Advanced Excel and strong data & metrics analysis skills
• Business acumen across FP&A, Accounting, and Supply Chain functions
• Demonstrated experience with procurement business system

• Develop, track, and analyze procurement data/metrics
• Serve as subject matter expert (SME) for Oracle Procurement Cloud (e.g., Oracle Purchasing, Sourcing, Supplier Portal, Procurement Contracts)
• Lead system configuration reviews and support Oracle Procurement system optimization
• Provide functional support and troubleshooting for Oracle Procurement modules
• Drive continuous improvement in procurement systems and processes
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects involving Oracle integrations and upgrades
• Manage stakeholder and supplier relationships, including contract management
• Lead or support procurement-related projects and process initiatives
