About the Role
We are looking for a Procurement and Carbon Compliance Manager to champion sustainability across our organisation. You will lead on sustainable procurement, supplier engagement, and carbon compliance, working closely with the Director of Finance to deliver measurable financial savings and reduce environmental impact.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape and deliver our Sustainability Strategy, helping us achieve our ambition of becoming a leader in sustainability while inspiring staff, stakeholders, and beneficiaries to make a difference.
Key Responsibilities

SUSTAINABILITY LEADERSHIP

• Lead the development and delivery of the organisation’s Sustainability Strategy.
• Drive measurable reductions in Scope 1, 2, and 3 carbon emissions.
• Work with departments to embed sustainability in operations, services, and engagement activities.
• Represent the organisation on sector-wide sustainability initiatives, including the Sustainable SUs Charter.
