POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Purchasing and Quality Control (QC) Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the procurement of materials and services, ensuring competitive pricing, accurate lead times, and timely purchase order generation. Additionally, they will manage quality control processes, maintain company certifications, and oversee new home warranty policies to uphold Modern Modular’s commitment to excellence and sustainability.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing and quality control, preferably within the construction or modular housing industry.
• Strong knowledge of sustainable building materials and practices.
• Proven experience in competitive pricing negotiations, lead time analysis, and purchase order generation.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
