Overview We’re seeking a Procurement and Sourcing Manager to join our Supply Chain team. In this role, you’ll lead both strategic sourcing and operational buying. • Up to £65k doe + a company car or car allowance There’s never been a more exciting time to join us. What you'll be doing Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, you will be responsible for the strategic sourcing and operational buying to enable the Delivery Team to meet project objectives consistently & sustainably whilst meeting long-term EBITDA & ESG objectives. • Strategic sourcing – identify and onboard quality suppliers • Provide coaching, training, and guidance to the Supply Chain team to ensure efficient day-to-day procurement operations • Operational sourcing – on a project-by-project basis, recommend suitable vendors, for both tender and execution • Obtain competitive pricing to support tenders and bids • Vendor management – support the management of cost, supply risk, H&S & ESG.
