About the Opportunity

Berendsen Fluid Power is seeking an organised and proactive Procurement & Asset Coordinator to join our Norwest Head Office team.

In this role, you will coordinate international purchasing, inbound shipments, fleet administration and asset records, providing practical support to our branch network and keeping day-to-day operations moving.

You will work closely with overseas suppliers, freight providers and internal stakeholders, ensuring orders are followed through, delivery updates are communicated and purchasing information is accurate.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Raising and managing purchase orders with overseas suppliers, ensuring pricing, quantities and delivery details are accurate.
  • Coordinating inbound freight, import documentation and customs clearance requirements.
  • Tracking shipments and keeping branch teams informed of delivery dates and delays.
  • Coordinating foreign currency purchasing and payment requirements, working with Finance to resolve landed cost discrepancies.
