The Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) team has a priority to ensure compliance within Keylane. This is in terms of unified policies/procedures and risk frameworks. The team provides support to all business lines within Keylane, with awareness for our business objectives, technical innovations, and both internal and external requirements and regulations. We strive for continuous improvement of our skills and competencies regarding regulatory matters and are looking for new talent to join! The team consists of 5 members and is growing. We maintain a high trust and support culture on all matters. This team is part of the CFO reporting line.

Responsibilities

KEY ABOUT YOUR ROLE

As a Procurement and Vendor Manager you will play a crucial role in setting up and managing partnerships with our most important vendors. You will also support the business in understanding the importance and how to best follow and optimize the procurement processes. This role also requires a proactive approach to ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards. You will also play a role in further centralizing our general supplier contract management.
The Procurement and Vendor manager works cross-product line within the organization and reports directly to the Director of IT. The role may be carried out from Denmark or the Netherlands, with certain attendance at our Copenhagen resp. our Rotterdam/Utrecht offices.

KEY ABOUT YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Developing and sustaining long-standing relationships with our most important vendors, including conducting regular meetings to ensure business satisfaction.
  • Conduct assessments and audits of our most important vendors to verify operational and contractual compliance.
  • Preparing information provision on our most important vendors towards our customers.
  • Leading procurement process and vendor selection based on business needs and your research on quality, price and product/services for our most important vendors.
  • Supporting the business in adequate supplier selection, engagement and management.
  • Constantly improving vendor management programs for our most important vendors and other suppliers.
  • As part of the job, some travel activity must be expected.
