REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience & Knowledge in Mixer Truck maintenance and spare parts is an added advantage.
• Familiar with Xero accounting software a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Monitor and update the status of maintenance request submitted by the drivers.
· Arrange replacement truck for driver.
· Coordinate spare parts sourcing, request for quotation and procurement.
· Update records on Xero and Monday.com.

SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Schedule the procurement of raw materials and maintain records for HDB projects.
