• Assist in the procurement of donated materials, supplies, and services to support Habitat’s housing and community programs
• Vet donations in collaboration with donors to ensure alignment with organizational needs and standards
• Maintain and update donor records and procure documentation for transparency and stewardship
• Prepare, stage, and process procurement-generated donations for ReStore and program use
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with pricing accuracy across donated and purchased items
• Generate monthly donation receipts and coordinate with finance and development teams
• Communicate with donors and vendors to resolve issues and maintain strong relationships
• Ensure compliance with Habitat’s procurement policies, procedures, and ethical standards
  Support invoice reconciliation, purchasing documentation, and reporting workflows
