Job Description Manage the sourcing process end-to-end with some supervision specifically in the construction category Handle basic market intelligence requests (like identification of suppliers and their profiling) independently Proactively reach out to internal resources for information Collaborate with internal team to translate business requirements into time- bound actions Recommend sourcing strategies and e-bidding strategies in the construction space Manage e-bids (if required) independently Identify risks to project and proactively mitigate them Manage complex analyses and share actionable insights Engage independently with project suppliers Develop construction category expertise Qualifications Basic research skills, willingness to learn, adaptable, flexible, team player, effective written and verbal communication skills, highly motivated Proven ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, take initiative, work with a high sense of urgency, pay close attention to details and build strong, productive relationships with colleagues and clients at all organizational levels Ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage time efficiently. At least 5 – 8 years of relevant experience in high tech manufacturing / life sciences project industrial, data centers, infrastructure, retail fit out, mixed development, public sector, and corporate end user/ banking/office experience are preferred.
