Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain real-time dashboards and reports using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau to monitor spend, lead times, and supplier performance. Vendor Analysis: Support category managers by preparing comparative analysis on supplier pricing, quality metrics, and contract compliance. Process Improvement: Identify process gaps and recommend automation or low-code solutions to streamline purchase requisition, approval, and reporting workflows. Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise with finance, warehouse, and sales operations teams to ensure accurate data flow and alignment of procurement forecasts with business needs. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognised University or Institution. Additional Information Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business Analytics. No experience mandatory; Analytics experience would be preferred Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel (pivot, lookups, macros), Power BI/Tableau; basic understanding of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) Analytical Aptitude: Strong numerical reasoning, data interpretation, and attention to detail. Communication Skills: Ability to present insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
