The Procurement Associate will play a crucial role in building the operational backbone to support this mission—by ensuring timely, cost-effective, and compliant procurement of goods and services essential to scaling Angkas' rider operations. Ensure Efficient Procurement Operations Assist in preparing and issuing Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and Purchase Orders (POs) Collect supplier quotations and prepare summary comparison sheets Follow up with vendors on order confirmations, delivery schedules, and documentation Support the team in verifying deliveries and managing purchase tracking logs Maintain Accurate Procurement Records & Systems Maintain supplier databases and procurement records for traceability Help manage electronic and physical procurement filing systems to ensure audit readiness Assist in maintaining procurement compliance checklists and supporting documentation Support Cross-functional Coordination and Reporting Coordinate with internal teams to clarify procurement needs and specifications Prepare routine procurement reports and updates for internal stakeholders Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. 0–2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or administrative support roles. Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency in Google Workspace (especially sheets) Familiarity with Netsuite is a plus
Responsibilities
