Join our global Procurement Digitalization, Data Management and Systems team as Business Process/Data Analyst for Strategic Procurement to contribute to the success of Varian integration into Siemens Healthineers.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• You successfully completed studies in economics OR (business) computer science OR statistics OR have a comparable education with many years of corresponding professional experience .
• You have many years of professional experience in the area of Strategic and/or Operational Procurement (Direct and Indirect Procurement) including connections to Finance (Source-to-Pay/S2P, Procure-to-Pay/P2P)
• Within the scope of many years of professional experience, the Business Process/Data Analyst has already gained experience in the areas of business analytics (with special focus on indirect spend analysis, understanding the GL Accounts, Material Master, Supplier and spend classification related to category management), web intelligence and big data.
• Experienced in IT Project Management is not mandatory, but an advantage.

YOUR ATTRIBUTES AND SKILLS:

• You have a detailed understanding of relevant Strategic Procurement processes, applications and Procurement data (both direct and indirect material).
• Strong Knowledge and experience in handling visualization tools (especially Qlikview, QlikSense, Power BI, Excel)
• Characterized by professional handling of complex interrelationships and large amounts of data.
• Profound knowledge of data analysis/data mining .
• Profound SAP MM experience is mandatory.
• Detail oriented with excellent analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
• Strong in communication and presentation, fluent in English and always customer oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment.

• Data analysis and visualization : As an Expert in the field of Procurement Data Analysis and Visualization, you are responsible for the preparation and analysis of structured and unstructured data using methods of Data Mining, Data Extract, Transformation and Load, Data Modeling and Data Visualization based on business requirements.
• Development of reports and dashboards : Conception, design and prototyping of reports and dashboards for Operational and Strategic Procurement .
• (Strategic) Projects : Responsible for interdisciplinary project work to optimize/harmonize processes.
• Standardization : participation in implementation of standardized methods, processes, and systems to optimize Procurement processes and work results.
• Manage teams/workgroups : Support teams/workgroups and/or assigned Specialist Procurement employees to achieve the best outcomes by joint, goal-oriented action of procurement spend analysis.
