Do you have a proven track record of delivering results? the procurement buyer is responsible for acquiring the goods, raw materials, services, and equipment needed for the company’s operations at the best cost, lead time, and quality level. They negotiate with suppliers, monitor contracts, and help optimize the purchasing strategy. Key responsibilities: Purchasing management Define and implement the direct and indirect purchasing strategy aligned with the company’s objectives Identify product/service needs with internal teams Ensure compliance with internal and external standards and regulations Develop and implement procedures and … Negotiate prices, purchasing terms, lead times, and contracts Ensure transparency of costs and expenditures Enter purchase orders Supplier follow-up Manage relationships with suppliers and stakeholders Evaluate supplier performance (quality, lead times, compliance) Support audits and documentation (ISO 9001, EHS, sustainability) Analyze market trends and identify sourcing opportunities Onboarding suppliers and RFQs through P4K Implement savings and cost-reduction initiatives Maintain and develop a reliable supplier portfolio Manage disputes and propose corrective actions Cost optimization Seek opportunities to reduce costs or improve service Participate in implementing a purchasing strategy (make or buy, international sourcing, consolidation, etc.) Conduct market monitoring (trends, innovations, risks) Processes and reporting Enter orders Follow up on claims Create vendors and items in MDM & SAP Maintain purchasing dashboards Collaborate with quality, production, finance, and logistics Required skills: Technical skills Mastery of negotiation techniques Knowledge of ERP tools (SAP, etc.) Understanding of supplier markets in the sector Behavioral skills (soft skills) Negotiation mindset and strong interpersonal skills Analytical and decision-making ability Rigor and organization Stress resilience and proactivity Education and experience Bac +3 to Bac in business, management, or equivalent (e.g., purchasing license, master’s in purchasing, business school) Initial experience in purchasing preferred (2 to 3 years), or junior profile accepted depending on the position We’ll provide: • A competitive salary • Benefits • Health insurance What happens next?
