Description
  • -AccountabilitiesDevelop and implement indirect category strategies aligned with BEEAH Group’s business objectives, procurement framework, and ESG commitments.
  • Lead strategic sourcing, high-value tenders, RFPs, commercial negotiations, and contract lifecycle management for indirect categories.
  • Deliver year-on-year cost savings through spend analysis, market intelligence, supplier consolidation, demand management, and total cost of ownership decisions.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders across Finance, HR, IT, Legal, Operations, and business units to capture requirements and support procurement planning.
  • Ensure procurement activities comply with policies, Delegation of Authority, governance requirements, ethical standards, and internal audit expectations.
  • Manage supplier performance, preferred supplier lists, vendor registers, innovation initiatives, and regular category performance reporting.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Indirect category team while ensuring performance, capability building, wellbeing, and HSE compliance.


  • Qualification & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field is essential.
  • MBA, Master’s degree in Supply Chain / Procurement, or CIPS/equivalent professional certification is desirable.
  • Minimum 10 years of procurement experience, including at least 5 years leading indirect category management in a complex, multi-entity organization.
  • Experience in large-scale group procurement and UAE/GCC indirect procurement environments is preferable.


  • Knowledge & SkillsCategory management and strategic sourcing for indirect spend categories.
  • Spend analysis, market intelligence, supplier innovation, and total cost of ownership evaluation.
  • Supplier management, contract management, commercial negotiation, and procurement governance.
  • Stakeholder engagement, influencing, collaboration, financial acumen, and team leadership.
  • Strong understanding of procurement policy compliance, ESG requirements, risk management, and HSE responsibilities.
