PROCUREMENT CATEGORY MANAGER – DATACENTERS & INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS (COPENHAGEN)

GlobalConnect is expanding its datacenter footprint across the region, and we’re looking for a Procurement Category Manager to help us do it wisely. This role sits within our Technology Procurement team and is central to how we source and negotiate for datacenter equipment, services, and infrastructure.
Based in our Copenhagen office, this is a pan-Nordic role where you’ll work closely with the Head of Datacenters and collaborate across teams in procurement, operations, and infrastructure. Some days you’ll be working on complex tenders or building category strategies. Others, you’ll be on-site at one of our datacenters, talking directly with teams to understand their needs. When the datacenter focus allows, you may also support larger infrastructure projects.

• Leading procurement projects, including tenders and contract negotiations, for datacenter-related services and equipment
• Creating a supplier portfolio and sourcing strategies that align across our Nordic markets
• Finding group-level synergies and reducing local silos
• Building close relationships with operational teams by visiting sites and understanding their ways of working
• Supporting larger infrastructure projects when needed
