We’re looking for a Technology Procurement Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving sustainable procurement value across the HCF Group. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on delivery and will suit someone who enjoys partnering with the business, innovating, and uplifting organisational capability. In this highly visible role, you will work closely with senior leaders and collaborate across procurement, technology and broader business functions to deliver commercial outcomes, enhance processes, and support continuous improvement. What you’ll be doing Plan and manage the end-to-end lifecycle for assigned technology procurement categories, developing value-generation strategies and delivering initiatives that translate these into tangible benefits for HCF. Build and manage a forward procurement initiative pipeline, leading sourcing activities, tender evaluations, negotiations, contracting and implementation. Drive the rollout of the Supplier Management Framework across spend categories in partnership with key stakeholders. Develop strong, collaborative relationships with business stakeholders, suppliers and procurement colleagues to achieve best-value outcomes. Act as a trusted business partner, supporting stakeholders and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and change adoption. Provide insights on supply markets, spend profiles, performance, risks and opportunities to inform decision-making. Support the development and uplift of Procurement infrastructure, processes and practices. What you’ll bring Essential Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Information Technology or similar. 3–5 years’ experience in mid-senior procurement roles (Category Manager or above). Industry certification or membership (e.g., CIPS) preferred. Strong commercial, business and financial acumen. Solid understanding of customer experience and customer-centric principles. Proven ability to build rapport quickly and influence stakeholders across all levels with a collaborative, results-focused approach. Advanced knowledge of procurement practices and driving value through vendor relationships. Experience delivering and tracking cost savings in a cross-functional environment.
