What you will do: Promote a collaborative relationship with key peers fostering standardization of the European contractual setup including (Purchasing, Logistics, Supply Chain, Sales, Product Line & Operations). Design and implement strategies for sourcing of Logistics activities. Supplier Relationship Management: ensure proper governance in place by holding a strong commercial relationship with suppliers & stakeholders. Search alternative and innovative logistics solutions to improve efficiency, promote sustainability and customer satisfaction. Drive and promote continuous improvement actions by leading activities among the team, stakeholders, and suppliers. Accountability on supplier cost performance & service level. Plan, organize and drive the best sourcing activities and tenders. Manage KPI’s and ensure compliance to contracted terms both internally & externally. Provide market insight and relevant information to the organization. Actively contribution in meetings, projects and events to streamline and improve the European logistics network. Who you are: Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Management Engineering, economics, or any related procurement studies . 1 - 5 years of relevant and proven work experience in Procurement with a focus in warehouse and distribution. Ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment. Ability to manage strategic suppliers, including relationship building, performance, development, and integration. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Negotiation and interpersonal skills. Fluent English written and spoken; any other language is an asset.
