Job Description Responsibilities Collect and analyze data for sourcing and procurement projects. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of current and prospective vendors. Assist in cost estimation and budget preparation under the supervision of the procurement team. Monitor and follow up on cost-reduction initiatives. Review vendor quotes and pricing options. Reconcile financial transactions related to minor purchases and PCard usage. Prepare and organize data and materials for Request for Proposal (RFP) documents. Coordinate with Accounting and Finance to ensure accurate ledger entries. Communicate procurement information to field operators as directed. Support distribution of materials, equipment, and supplies purchased with PCard. Maintain documentation of contractors and evidence of purchase orders updated, organized, and properly archived. Collaborate with procurement team members and managers on assigned tasks. Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and cost-saving opportunities. Maintain and update the procurement database to ensure accuracy. Assist in developing and implementing procurement policies and procedures. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to procurement efficiency and cost savings. Provide courteous and professional service to staff and students. Perform other administrative duties related to procurement as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (required). Experience in procurement or related area (preferred). Knowledge of Spanish and English (required). Bilingual communication skills with ability to interact effectively with diverse audiences. Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating courtesy and professionalism. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent organizational skills and punctuality in reporting and procurement processes. Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities efficiently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and basic math skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel). Ability to review and organize large volumes of financial data and business documents, ensuring compliance with laws, guidelines, and contract terms.
