We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Procurement Client Experience Lead (CXL) to shape and deliver the strategic vision of our global procurement function across the EMEA Market. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and working closely with the EMEA Procurement Governance Lead, you will ensure procurement excellence is consistently executed across all seven Market Units, aligned with enterprise-wide goals, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
This is a pivotal leadership , responsible for translating global procurement strategy into regional execution, embedding best practices, driving transformation through intelligent operations, and leading high-performing, cross-functional teams across the Market.

LANGUAGE & EDUCATION

  • Fluent in English; additional European languages preferred.
  • Degree-level education required; advanced qualifications in procurement or business leadership advantageous.

Responsibilities

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Market CXL is accountable for the leadership and delivery of procurement services to Accenture across EMEA’s Market Units. This includes oversight of Category to Contract Execution, Procurement Operations, Ventures & Acquisitions support, and Accounts Payable, with a focus on harmonization, innovation, and performance oversight.

YOUO WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR:

  • Working in close partnership with the EMEA Procurement Governance Lead to ensure alignment on policy, compliance, and strategic governance priorities across the Market.
  • Delivering the strategic vision and direction of the global procurement function within the EMEA Market leveraging the combined strength of on, near and off-shore Procurement teams.
  • Ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery across all Market Units through robust governance frameworks.
  • Aligning procurement execution with global and regional commercial objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Engaging senior stakeholders to influence outcomes and manage enterprise-level procurement risks.
  • Overseeing performance metrics, financial outcomes, and operational excellence across the Market.
  • Leading transformation initiatives, including the adoption of Intelligent Operations and digital tools.
  • Building and sustaining a high-performing, inclusive leadership culture across distributed teams.
