Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As a Procurement Manager, you will play a key role in sourcing, negotiating, and managing the supply chain for our cladding materials and components. Working closely with our operations, project management, and finance teams, your responsibilities will include:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the procurement process for all cladding related materials and systems.
  • Source and evaluate suppliers based on cost, quality, compliance, and delivery timelines.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure best value and risk mitigation.
  • Track material usage and forecasts to ensure timely availability across multiple projects.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and resolve any delivery or quality issues.
  • Work with project managers to understand and respond to specific project needs.
  • Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and innovation.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety, environmental, and building regulations.
