We’re looking for a Procurement Compliance Officer for Systems & Services to join our Procurement Systems and Services team in Warsaw (Poland).
As a Procurement Compliance Officer for Systems & Services you support our global team of Procurement Managers, either during pre-sales or the complete project lifetime - by a swift and qualitative supplier registration, onboarding and qualification process, all supported through our digital online supplier portal: JAGGAER.
In this role you will need to assess the local rules and regulations as well as understanding Customer specific requirements to ensure the right level of suppliers are selected, with all the appropriate capabilities and qualifications validated, based on local country requirements, Signify rules and regulations and Customer specific demands.
Continuous improvement and an active involvement in the internal audit process on our processes, procedures and templates are included in this role (sub-Business Process Owner role). This will be further enhanced with responsibilities in our Digital Transformation Strategy as an active member in further digitalization of our way working and both internal and external communication, like e-Sourcing, supply chain collaboration and purchase-to-pay.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Technical affinity with electrical installation projects, including cabinets, control systems, building integration, etc
  • Bachelor’s degree in technology/sciences, business management, or a related discipline. Or equal through experience
  • Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO9001), including internal auditing and standardization
  • 3+ years experience in data analyses, analytics and reporting (IT affinity: Strong in Excel, SharePoint and Database Skills)
  • 3+ years experience in Quality Management systems.
  • Hands-on experience in solving quality complaints (8D), preventive quality (FMEA/MTBF), supplier audits (VDA) and or new product release (NPI/PPAP)
  • Networking capabilities with internal & external stakeholders, team player with the ability to work stand-alone, or as part of a virtual team;
  • Willingness to travel (<10%)
  • Thinking in solutions with a “can do”-mindset, pragmatic, ‘out-of-the-box’ thinking
  • Fluent in English , other languages will be valuable like Chinese (Mandarin) or Arabic
  • Familiar with Standard Work and Continuous Improvement: LEAN, Kaizen, GreenBelt/Yellow Belt and capable to develop Standard work & training materials
  • Knowledge of Power BI, MS Office, Sharepoint & TEAMS, SAP, SAP Sales Cloud

Responsibilities:

  • A cross-functional and multiple disciplinary approach
  • Supplier registration, evaluation and qualification, including Quality & Safety assessment of new and existing vendors
  • Daily support in PtP related topics, monthly reporting on KPIs for the global team and annually initiation and registration of supplier financial and quality risk assessments
  • Quality Management System updates & compliance checks for all related processes and procedures, including tools & templates
  • Active team-member in the global Procurement Digital Transformation team, representing the Systems & Sservices Procurement role and deploying the outcomes within the team
  • Working under tight deadlines and organizing own tasks for asynchronous work to the Procurement Managers and global Supplier Quality Manager
  • Continuous improvement , based on LEAN principles
  • Always act with integrity with a Safety-first mindset
