REQUIREMENTS

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (IT background preferred)
• Experience: 8–10 years in application or production support and procurement/vendor management

• VENDOR MANAGEMENTIdentify, evaluate, and manage vendors (risk, performance, audits).Schedule and lead regular reviews with vendors and clients.Negotiate contracts, renewals, and build ongoing partnerships.
• PROCUREMENT & SUPPLY CHAIN OPERATIONSOversee procurement operations .Develop strong supplier relationships.Coordinate with finance and sales to set annual procurement budget.Monitor contracts and manage renewals.Maintain an organized contract database.
• CONTRACT DRAFTING & CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENTCollaborate with legal and sales teams to draft, negotiate, and finalize contracts.Assist in RFP responses and propose AI/cloud-based solutions.Support clients in transformation initiatives (cloud migration, digital solutions, data analytics, AI).Participate in solution-focused meetings with strategic partners.
• ACCOUNT MANAGEMENTManage 3rd-party vendor contracts for key clients.Maintain contract records and provide monthly reports to senior management.Coordinate across internal teams and with client stakeholders.
