Toll Transitions is a stand-alone business brand under which Toll delivers relocation, removal and workplace services. This entity is market focused and customer centred. The business objectives of this entity are to achieve profit growth and service excellence, centred on current and future market trends and customer needs. The Role As a Procurement Consultant, you will play a critical role in managing end‑to‑end removals and storage services, ensuring all activities are accurately processed through the Move Maestro System and supported by precise record keeping. A core focus of this role is the procurement of services using Toll Transitions’ Value for Money principles and, where required, in alignment with specific client frameworks such as the Commonwealth Procurement Guidelines. This position is essential to ensuring seamless service delivery, compliant purchasing decisions, and an exceptional experience for our clients from within the International Procurement Team. To be successful as a Procurement Consultant, you will need to: Deliver fast, accurate data entry and manage information effectively. Apply strong product, customer, and supplier network knowledge to support service delivery . Time planning and management skills. Provide empathetic, patient customer service, managing expectations and resolving issues with effective problem‑solving. Operate confidently in a fast‑paced environment, quickly learning new technologies, meeting service/financial KPIs, and using Microsoft Office tools. Contribute to continuous improvement, using industry knowledge of relocations and strong time‑management skills to enhance processes. About You: Operational Logistics and/or Procurement experience in a similar environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with a proven capacity to establish and maintain effective empathy and rapport with personnel at all levels, both within and external to Toll. Ability to make sound procurement and purchasing decisions, aligned with contracts, business objectives, and Defence requirements. Skilled in estimating removal needs, coordinating end‑to‑end service activities, and identifying special handling or high‑risk requirements. Effective teamwork, communication, and problem‑solving capabilities, including collaborating with internal partners and managing supplier performance and service issues. Experience in quality improvement, including reviewing processes and identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery. What moves you?
