Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies focused on competitive sourcing, transparency, and value for money.
• Manage the complete contract lifecycle, including drafting, evaluation, negotiation, renewals, and compliance.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure adherence to contracts, SLAs, and service standards.
• Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi procurement regulations, policies, and internal governance frameworks.
• Lead procurement planning, tendering, and evaluation processes in coordination with internal departments.
• Develop and maintain procurement, contract, and operations SOPs/manuals.
• Prepare and monitor procurement KPIs, cost savings, and operational efficiency reports.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the procurement and supplier management team.
• Ensure compliance with relevant HSE policies and standards.

Key Requirements:

• 12+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Strong experience in procurement, contract management, supplier management, governance, and general services.
• Strong knowledge of procurement regulations, compliance, financial oversight, and contract administration.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, decision-making, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
