Strong understanding of contract law, compliance, and risk. Experience redlining and negotiating vendor agreements. Familiarity with GDPR, HIPAA, or similar regulatory frameworks. Hands-on experience with CLM tools (DocuSign, ContractWorks, iManage, or similar). Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, or related field. Must live in: DC, Boston, NYC, Chicago, or Houston.
