Description

Owning multiple client engagements from problem definition through implementation, adoption and measurable outcomes
Working directly with leading financial institutions to understand existing processes, workflows and business challenges
Translating complex client requirements into structured and scalable technology-enabled workflows
Acting as the key bridge between clients and internal Product and Engineering teams
Driving product adoption and helping client teams realise measurable value from the platform
Managing multiple concurrent workstreams while maintaining clear timelines, ownership, documentation and governance
Building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and proactively identifying risks, blockers and opportunities
Gathering structured client feedback and helping influence ongoing product development
Developing repeatable processes, playbooks and best practices that can be scaled across client engagements
Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues where appropriate while remaining highly hands-on
