Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Administrative Assistant in the Fleet Management and Procurement Department provides essential support in coordinating fleet operations, procurement activities, and administrative tasks. This role ensures efficient workflow, maintains records, and assists in the smooth functioning of departmental activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work Order (WO) Management: Prepare, track, and manage WOs, including quoting and follow-up.
  • Parts & Materials Management: Order parts, coordinate shipping and receiving (including inventory transfers), and conduct quarterly inventory.
  • Technical Support: Provide support and assistance to technicians and customers as needed.
  • Quoting: Prepare timely and accurate quotes for internal and external requests.
  • Communications: Serve as the primary liaison between internal CSRs, technicians, and suppliers.
  • Warehouse Operations: Maintain organization, cleanliness, and safety standards in the warehouse.
