We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated individual to our team based out of our Parque Industrial Queretaro's site. Responsibilities: Support procurement activities by gathering data, analyzing vendor quotes, and assisting in sourcing low to mid-value goods and services. Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and maintain vendor profiles. Assist in preparing and issuing Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Quotation (RFQ). Coordinate with internal teams to understand purchasing needs and timelines. Help negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules under the guidance of senior buyers. Track purchase orders, monitor delivery timelines, and ensure vendor compliance with terms. Maintain procurement records and ensure all documentation is up to date and audit-ready. Monitor spending and assist with reporting on procurement metrics and cost savings. Support vendor onboarding and performance evaluation processes. Participate in cross-functional procurement projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 1–3 years of relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain support roles. Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills. Basic knowledge of contract terms, supplier sourcing, and procurement best practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP or procurement platforms is an asset. Understanding of inventory control processes and familiarity with warehouse operations is a plus. Exposure to the logistics or transportation industry is advantageous but not required. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
