Procurement & Cost Manager (Expatriate)

Location: Nigeria
Salary: $1500 - $2500 monthly
Job Summary:
The role involves overseeing procurement processes, managing costs, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality and efficiency. The position requires strategic sourcing, budgeting, and continuous cost optimization.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement procurement strategies for cost savings and efficiency.
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers/vendors for quality and cost-effectiveness.
Monitor market trends, price fluctuations, and supplier performance.
Prepare and analyze cost reports, budgets, and forecasts.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with internal departments to align procurement with business needs.
Implement cost-control measures and identify savings opportunities.
Manage contracts, agreements, and vendor relationships.
Requirements and Skills:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounts.
3–5 years of experience in procurement/supply chain management, preferably in international sourcing.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement and costings.
