REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
• Strong vendor management, stock control, and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Source and manage vendors (cleaning, pest control, kitchen equipment, maintenance).
• Handle procurement process – sourcing, negotiation, purchase orders & contracts.
• Verify and tally supplier invoices with PO/delivery before submission to Finance.
• Manage inventory: stock monitoring, warehouse coordination & stock take.
• Coordinate with outlets and kitchen teams on operational needs.
• Oversee equipment servicing, logistics, and general operations support.
