Responsibilities

Manage full procurement process: sourcing, negotiation, purchase orders & contracts.
Source and liaise with suppliers for F&B ingredients, packaging materials, kitchen equipment, cleaning services, and pest control.
Work closely with outlet and kitchen teams to ensure timely supply of goods and services.
Monitor inventory levels, coordinate warehouse stock, and conduct regular stock takes.
Verify and tally supplier invoices with purchase orders and delivery notes before submission to Finance.
Coordinate logistics, equipment servicing, and general operational support
