Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Provide support as a focal for the business unit by providing critical updates and managing supplier delivery compliance as well as related issues.
  • Communicate with Suppliers, Buyers, and Program Managers regarding delivery status of material
  • Communicate status updates for Supplier Requests for Information, First Article Inspection’s, and Quality Notification’s and drive issues to closure/completion
  • Provide daily status of delinquent priority part numbers causing assembly stoppage
  • Participate in executive meetings as required
  • Update Program Spreadsheets with current notes and actions

This role is considered an on-site position located in Rockford, ILL

  • You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
  • Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs
