KEY EXPERIENCES:

• Strong understanding of data manipulation and analysis in procurement or supply

chain settings.

• Experience with ERP systems (such as SAP), e-sourcing tools, and procurement data

management.

• Hands-on experience with data governance practices and process optimisation.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Power BI, and Excel for

generating actionable insights.

• Familiarity with procurement processes, such as Source-to-Pay (S2P), and experience with

automation tools or techniques is a plus.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field, focusing on data management and system support.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
• Experience with SAP, Ariba and other ERP systems is required.
• Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Excel.
• Fluent in English, with strong written and spoken communication skills.

• Data Extraction & Management: Extract, clean, validate, and manage procurement data across systems to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance.
• Digital Tools & Systems: Support configuration and maintenance of procurement

platforms, including ERP, Ariba, and data analytics tools to streamline procurement processes.

• Process Automation & Optimisation: Assist in identifying opportunities for automation,

optimising workflows, and improving data-driven processes within procurement.

• Data Governance & Compliance: Maintain data governance standards and procedures for procurement systems, ensuring data integrity and alignment with organisational standards.
• Reporting & Analysis: Use tools such as SQL, Excel, and Power BI to conduct data analysis, build dashboards, and generate insights for the procurement team.
• ERP System Support: Provide technical support for ERP-related procurement tasks,

including system testing, troubleshooting, and process documentation.
