THE EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Proven experience (10+ years) in Procurement
  • Experience in strategic category management, specifically for Capex
  • Experience in leading teams with a range of seniority levels and in Senior stakeholders’ management.
  • Experience managing large-scale budgets and working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, complex environment.
  • Experience in Transformation & Change management is a plus.
  • Leadership: Inspiring and motivating the team.
  • Communication: Clearly conveying goals and feedback.
  • Empathy: Understanding and addressing team needs and concerns.
  • Delegation: Assigning tasks effectively to leverage team strengths.
  • Adaptability: Being flexible and responsive.
  • Accountability: Taking responsibility for outcomes.
  • Fluent English oral and written communication & excellent influencing skills, exposure to multicultural professional environment(s) are a plus

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Procurement Director for Global Capital Expenditure (Capex) and Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO). This strategic leadership role will be responsible for managing a global spend of approximately ~£300 million for the Reckitt factories located in 5 continents. The role will involve leading a global team of buyers, collaborating closely with global engineering teams, and ensuring effective alignment with local manufacturing operations to meet business objectives.
