Procurement Enablement Lead (m/f/d)

YOUR MISSION
Join Trench Group as Procurement Enablement Lead (m/f/d), where you will drive the transformation of procurement operations across all locations. You will build best-in-class processes, systems, and analytics, empowering category managers and buyers with the right tools, training, and insights. Acting as the key link between procurement and internal stakeholders, you will champion digitalization and operational excellence to support Trench Group’s commitment to efficiency and innovation in the energy sector.
Your Tasks:
- Process Design and Optimization: Oversee the development, documentation, and continuous improvement of procurement processes, ensuring compliance across all business units and locations
- Systems Implementation and Digitalization: Drive implementation and optimization of procurement systems (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, or other ERP tools)
- Data-Driven Procurement Management: Drive data-driven procurement by defining, tracking, and analyzing key performance and compliance metrics through dashboards and analytics.
- Training and Capability Building: Develop and deliver training programs for procurement teams on tools, policies, and best practices
- Risk Management and Compliance: Support audits, risk management, and supplier due diligence processes
- Change and Project Support: Facilitate M&A integration, footprint changes, or cross-site harmonization projects
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience: Extensive experience in procurement, supply chain, or operational excellence roles within an international setting
- Procurement Expertise and Technical Skills: Extensive expertise in procurement processes and systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba, etc.), with a proven ability to lead process transformations and system implementations.
- Industry Experience: Experience in industrial or manufacturing environmentsLeadership and Communication: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills
- Language Skills: Fluent in English; German and/or French are a strong advantage
