Overview Overview: The Supervisor of Procurement Enablement, is a leadership role responsible for overseeing a global team focused on driving system enablement processes across the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle. This role will lead initiatives in Procurement Enablement, as Sourcing supporting organization, ensuring alignment with business goals, compliance with internal controls, and continuous improvement in efficiency and effectiveness. Responsibilities YOU will be involved in the following tasks: Leadership & Strategy - Lead and develop a global team for Procurement Enablement and ensure backup system- Define and execute the strategic roadmap for Procurement enablement.- Act as a key liaison between Procurement, IT, Legal, and other cross-functional stakeholders.- Champion a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and customer-centric service delivery. Process Improvement - Drive global standardization and harmonization of Procurement Enablement processes.- Oversee the ideation, prioritization, and execution of process improvement and change management initiatives.- Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and external regulatory requirements.- Lead system upgrades, enhancements, and testing in collaboration with IT and business partners. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess impacts, define requirements, and ensure successful integration of Procurement processes. Procurement Enablement - Supervise the enablement function, ensuring accurate contract workspace creation and maintenance in Ariba Contract Management system or similar.- Provide strategic support to Procurement buyers, translating legal and business requirements into system configurations.- Act as a gatekeeper for Procurement-Sourcing, resolving escalations and ensuring timely communication. People Management & Development - Provide coaching, mentoring, and onboarding support to the team members.- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance team culture.- Act as a backup for senior leadership roles and support succession planning within the team. Qualifications What YOU will bring to the team: - 2+ years of experience in P2p - Procurement- Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and global stakeholders.- Strong understanding of P2P processes, accounting principles, and procurement systems (SAP, Ariba, etc).- Demonstrated success in leading process improvement and change management initiatives.- Experience supporting enterprise-level projects such as M&A or ERP implementations.- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.- Fluent in English. Preferred: - Experience in people management and team development. Networking and negotiation skills - University degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field.- Additional European language skills.
