• Review project technical specifications, drawings, and bill of quantities (BOQ) to identify material requirements

• Identify, evaluate, and qualify suppliers for marine/construction materials (steel, concrete, piping, aggregates, marine equipment, spare parts)

• Prepare and issue RFQs, tenders, and purchase orders in line with project schedules and budgets

• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contracts with suppliers

• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to forecast and prioritize procurement needs

• Track purchase orders from placement to delivery; expedite shipments to avoid project delays

• Ensure all procured materials meet quality standards and hold required certifications (test reports, mill certificates, etc.)
