Role Description The Procurement Officer – SAAS Abu Dhabi is a full-time, on-site role responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities for property development projects. The role includes preparing and processing purchase orders, sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotations, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and services. The Procurement Officer will review and negotiate contracts, monitor supplier performance, and maintain accurate procurement records. This position collaborates closely with project, finance, and operations teams in Abu Dhabi to optimize costs, ensure quality, and support project timelines while adhering to company policies and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Procurement and Purchasing skills, with experience in managing sourcing processes and vendor relationships.
• Candidates should possess experience in preparing and tracking Purchase Orders, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project and budget requirements.
• Candidates should possess Contract Negotiation skills, including the ability to secure favorable terms and ensure compliance with legal and company standards.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to assess bids, evaluate supplier performance, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Experience in real estate, construction, or property development procurement is highly beneficial.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office, with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
