• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities, ensuring alignment with project specifications.
• Prepare and issue tender documents, ensuring clear and comprehensive communication of project requirements to potential bidders.
• Evaluate received bids meticulously, analyzing both technical and financial aspects to select the most advantageous offer.
• Negotiate contract terms and conditions with suppliers, focusing on achieving the best value while maintaining project integrity.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is essential for understanding engineering principles and practices.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement within the construction or civil engineering sectors is preferred to ensure familiarity with industry standards.
• Professional certifications in procurement or supply chain management, such as CPSM or CIPS, will enhance credibility and expertise.
• Experience with project management methodologies, particularly in large-scale civil projects, is beneficial for effective coordination.
