Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Execute procurement of aircraft parts and services in line with material planning, operational priorities, and supply chain KPIs.
Source from OEMs, distributors, and approved suppliers, ensuring full compliance with airworthiness, quality, and certification requirements.
Manage AOG and critical demand to minimize operational disruption.
Lead commercial activities for non-contracted spend, including RFQs, tenders, bid evaluation, and supplier negotiations.
Drive cost optimization through price analysis and negotiation of pricing, commercial terms, warranties, rebates, and lead times.
Monitor and improve supplier performance across lead time, TAT, quality, and service reliability.
Proactively manage open and overdue orders to ensure on-time delivery and operational continuity.
Own end-to-end resolution of receipt discrepancies (SDRs) and invoice queries to meet supply chain service targets.
Maintain accurate order status, documentation, and audit trails to ensure transparency for planning and operations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Aviation, Supply Chain, or related technical field, 5+ years’ aviation procurement experience (Airline/MRO preferred). Strong working knowledge of MRO systems (e.g., AMOS, CMRO), advanced Excel capability, Power BI a plus. Solid understanding of aircraft technical documentation (AMM, IPC, CMM, MPD, RSPLs). Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset. Clear, structured communicator, effective cross-functional collaborator, detail-oriented and results-driven.
