Roles & Responsibilities

1. Source and procure HVAC, mechanical, and electrical materials from local and international suppliers.
2. Obtain quotations, compare prices, negotiate with vendors, and issue purchase orders.
3. Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Stores, and Logistics to ensure timely material availability.
4. Develop and maintain supplier relationships and identify cost-effective sourcing opportunities.
5. Monitor order status, delivery schedules, and inventory requirements.
6. Maintain procurement records and ensure compliance with company procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
2. 2–5 years of procurement/purchasing experience in HVAC, MEP, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
3. Knowledge of HVAC materials and vendor management is preferred.
4. Good negotiation, communication, and MS Office/ERP skills.
5. Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred
